The platform facilitates the completion of all ownership procedures through integration with relevant government entities, ensuring data reliability and efficient processing.
- Access the Tawazoun Real Estate platform.
- Register and create an account using your National ID via the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
- Submit an application by providing the required information and declarations.
- Applications are reviewed to verify eligibility against the approved criteria for purchasing residential land in Riyadh.
- An electronic draw is conducted among eligible applicants to allocate the land.
- Selected beneficiaries are notified to finalize contracting and payment procedures at the approved price.
