The Royal Commission for Riyadh City, through this platform, allows the listing of surplus items to enable other government entities to utilize them before proceeding with their sale or disposal.

This initiative is based on Article (80) of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and Article (19) of the Government Warehouses Rules and Procedures, which permit government entities to transfer surplus movable assets to other government entities within a specified timeframe.

The platform operates in accordance with the regulations governing movable government assets and the rules and procedures for warehouses, and aligns with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s direction towards enhancing the efficiency of government asset utilization, rationalizing spending, and raising the level of governance and transparency in resource management.
