Start Service

A service that enables beneficiaries to submit complaints related to the delivery of government ‎e-services and technical issues, subject to the applicable requirements and conditions‎

  1. Access the GOV.SA National Platform through the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
  2. Enter your personal information, including mobile number and email address.
  3. Select the platform related to the report.
  4. Choose the service related to the report.
  5. Provide a title and description for the report, then submit the request.
  6. You will receive an SMS containing the report reference number.
  7. Receive a notification from the Aamer Center confirming that the report has been forwarded to the government entity responsible for the platform.
  8. Receive a notification once the report has been processed or if additional supporting documents are required.

  1. A complaint reference number issued by the relevant government entity, where the specified response period has elapsed without resolution.
  2. A complaint reference number issued by the relevant government entity for complaints with no specified response timeframe.
  3. A screenshot or document showing the status of the complaint submitted to the government entity.
  4. Inability to submit a complaint to the government entity due to a technical issue.
  5. No previous escalation submitted to the Beneficiary Engagement Center “AMER” for the same complaint reference number.
