Riyadh Metro launches initiative to promote ‎public ‎transport culture ‎

‏Instructed by HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz, chairman of the High ‎Commission for the Development of Arriyadh‎ (HCDR), the High Commission launched on ‎April 11, 2017 an awareness campaign as part of King Abdul Aziz Project for Public ‎Transport in Riyadh (Metro and Buses). The campaign aims to familiarize residents of the ‎capital with the project, boost social partnership and encourage observance of all applicable ‎regulations and etiquettes when using facilities of the project. ‎

As part of the campaign, the HCDR launched an initiative to promote social public transport ‎culture in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. The campaign will spread awareness ‎about public transport among male and female students in public schools and universities in ‎the city of Riyadh.‎
