RCRC Announces Activation of the “Digital Complaint” Service
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) has announced the activation of “Digital Complaint” service, offered by the Digital Government Authority (DGA), in a strategic move to diversify communication channels and empower beneficiaries to actively participate in enhancing service quality.
The service establishes a dedicated digital channel for users to share their insights, propose suggestions, and report any challenges encountered while utilizing RCRC’s e-services. By facilitating this direct engagement, the initiative aims to accelerate response times, drive the continuous refinement of service offerings, and significantly enhance overall user satisfaction.
Currently, the “Digital Complaint” feature has been activated for the following services:
- Purchasing public transport tickets.
- Journey planning across Riyadh.
- Riyadh Metro and Riyadh Bus routes.
RCRC invites all users to leverage this service and contribute their valuable feedback to support the ongoing optimization of services provided to the capital’s residents.
