Al Thumamah and Othman Bin Affan Roads Intersection Development Project is one of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) vital initiatives, delivered under the Ring and Main Roads Development Program. It is anchored in the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance quality of life, and embodies RCRC’s aspiration to establish the foundations of an integrated, sustainable urban mobility system.
The project aims to develop one of the most important intersections in northeastern Riyadh through the construction of a multi-level interchange that delivers fully free-flowing traffic, elevates the quality of mobility, and supports the capital’s accelerating urban expansion.
