H.E. Engineer Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), expressed gratitude to the Custodian of the Two ‎Holy Mosques, King Salman ‎bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and H.R.H. Prince ‎Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown ‎Prince, Prime Minister, on the ‎occasion of the Cabinet’s landmark decision to transform the “Modern Institute of ‎the Capital” into a non-profit organization (NPO) and establish the “Green Riyadh ‎Foundation.” This decision reflects the great support of the wise leadership for ‎Riyadh and all cities across the Kingdom, in alignment with the goals of the Saudi ‎Vision 2030.‎

“‏The Cabinet’s decision to transform the Modern Institute of the Capital into an ‎NPO underscores the leadership’s steadfast support and keen interest in ‎education as a cornerstone for the progress of cities and enrichment of quality of ‎life,” His Excellency said‏.‏

His Excellency added, “The Cabinet’s endorsement to establish the Green Riyadh ‎Foundation marks a significant leap forward in enhancing the capital’s ‎environmental sustainability, green spaces, and urban landscapes. This initiative is ‎poised to elevate Riyadh’s rank among the world’s leading livable and sustainable ‎cities”.‎
