RCRC Begins Receiving Objections to Eligibility Verification Results for the 2nd Year of Tawazoun Program
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) begins today, Thursday, October 1, 2026, receiving objections electronically from applicants found ineligible in the verification results for the second year of the Real Estate Balance Program. The objection period will run for 30 days, ending on October 30, 2026.
RCRC explained that objections are submitted through applicants’ accounts on the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun), along with the justifications and supporting documents.
A specialized committee will examine, review, and rule on the objections in accordance with the approved regulatory guidelines. Applicants whose objections are accepted will then be added to the list of those eligible to enter the electronic draw, which will select those entitled to purchase the residential land plots available in the second year of the program.
RCRC has dedicated several channels to serve applicants and answer their inquiries, including the Unified Contact Center at 19998, online support tickets through the Real Estate Balance Platform, and appointment booking for visits to the Beneficiary Center, in addition to RCRC’s social media accounts. Objection results can be viewed on the Real Estate Balance Platform at tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa.
