Road Axis Development Program: RCRC Announces Traffic Diversion on Western Section of Thumama Road Axis

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) announced a traffic diversion plan for the western section of the Thumamah Road Axis to ensure smooth traffic flow during construction activities associated with the “Western Thumamah Road Axis Development Project.” Spanning 6 kilometers, from King Khalid Road in the west to King Fahd Road in the east, the project is part of the First Phase of Riyadh Main and Ring Road Axes Development Program.
Notably, to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow on roads impacted by these projects without full closures, the RCRC has developed a comprehensive traffic diversion management plan in collaboration with the Riyadh Traffic Division and other relevant city agencies and stakeholders.
