RCRC Announces 2nd Year Eligibility Results for Real Estate Balance Program
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) announced today, Wednesday, September 30, 2026, eligibility verification results for applicants in the second year of the Real Estate Balance Program (Tawazoun). The announcement follows the completion of the application data verification process against the approved criteria, conducted through digital integration with relevant government entities.
RCRC stated that applicants can view their results through their accounts on the Real Estate Balance platform (Tawazoun). Qualified applicants will be included in the electronic draw for the residential plots available in the second year of the program, paving the way for the completion of subsequent procedures.
To ensure fairness for all applicants, RCRC will open a 30-day electronic objection window for non-qualified applicants starting tomorrow, Thursday, October 1. Applicants can submit their justifications and supporting documents through their accounts on the Real Estate Balance platform (Tawazoun). All objections will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the approved procedures, and those whose objections are accepted will be added to the list of qualified applicants entering the electronic draw.
RCRC has dedicated channels to serve applicants and answer their inquiries, including the unified call center (19998), electronic tickets via the Real Estate Balance platform (Tawazoun), appointment bookings for the beneficiaries center, and the RCRC’s social media channels. Applicants can view their results and submit objections via the platform at: tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa.
