RCRC Announces Property Expropriation Procedures for Main and Ring Road ‎Development Program Routes ‎

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) has announced the procedures to expropriate properties that conflict with the designated routes for the First Phase of the Main Road and Ring Road Development Program. This phase includes the following projects:

• The Second Southern Ring Road
• The extension of Taif Road from the Laban neighborhood to Qiddiya
• The construction of two parallel bridges alongside the existing Wadi Laban suspension bridge, and development of a section of the Western Ring Road at its intersection with Jeddah Road.
