QIDDIYA HIGH SPEED RAILWAY PROJECT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), in partnership with the National Center for Privatization & PPP and Qiddiya Investment Company, launched an Expression of Interest (EOI) process for companies interested in bidding for the Qiddiya High-Speed Rail Project, under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
The EOI was launched on 22 September 2025, and responses were received by the closing date of 12 October 2025.
