Supply and Demand Indicators for Real Estate Sector in Riyadh (2011)

This study deals with real estate supply and demand indicators and analysis of the real estate market in Riyadh to build a reference database for the real estate sectors in the capital, through several axes, including:

• Monitor and analyze basic information for aspects of real estate demand.
• Monitoring and analyzing basic information for aspects of real estate supply.
• Analysis of the performance of the real estate market.
• Analyze and study the impact of the regulations governing the real estate market.

The methodology of preparing this study was based on collecting and analyzing data and information related to the real estate market in Riyadh city, including demographic and economic data, land uses, and directions of the comprehensive strategic plan for the capital, in addition to conducting field surveys that included investors, brokers and all beneficiaries in the real estate market.
