Qasr Al-Hukm Development Program – Phase III

RCRC has paid particular attention to the preservation and enhancement of the city center, starting with the Qasr al-Hukm area, in confirmation of its role as the administrative, cultural, and commercial center of the capital. The Commission has worked to raise the area’s urban quality, improve its appearance and traffic flow, and enhance it with services while preserving heritage and historical sites.

The book reviews the work of the third phase of the development program of the Qasr al-Hukm area covering the land surrounding the previous two phases and specifically the confined area between Al-Thumairi Street North and Medina Road South and King Faisal Street East and Imam Mohammed bin Abdulwahab Street West, as well as the area bordered by Imam Turki bin Abdullah Street North, Medina Road South, Yahya bin Akthum Street East and Makkah Road West, and includes an interesting review of the district’s most important features.
