Design and Architectural Guidelines (Applied Reference Guide) – Volume 2

The second volume of the guide sets out the regulatory plan and design guidelines for the Green Spine within the area extending between Al Urubah Road and the Northern Ring Road in Riyadh’s central commercial artery. It also provides a regulatory and design framework for shaping a continuous, shaded, and active public realm that integrates pedestrian movement, landscaping, shared mobility, active frontages, and east–west connections, contributing to enhanced walkability, strengthened urban identity, improved environmental performance, and better-quality public spaces.
