RCRC Announces Eligibility Results for Tawazoun Tomorrow
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) will announce the eligibility verification results for applicants to the Real Estate Balance Program (Tawazoun) tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM via the program’s e-platform.
The announcement follows the completion of the eligibility verification phase, which was carried out through digital integration with relevant government entities. Applicants will be able to view their results through their personal accounts on the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun).
Applicants whose applications are marked “Eligible” will be entered into the electronic draw, to be held at a later date, for the residential plots available in the program’s second year. Applicants found not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria may submit an electronic objection via the platform within the designated period.
Results will be available from 3:00 PM tomorrow on the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun).
The Real Estate Balance Program is being implemented in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to take the necessary measures to achieve balance in Riyadh’s real estate sector. These measures include tasking the RCRC with providing citizens with planned and developed residential plots, between 10,000 and 40,000 plots annually over the next five years, at prices capped at SAR 1,500 per square meter.
