Biography

Eng. Saad Alsheikh is Vice President for Programs & Projects Sector at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), with over 29 years of experience delivering major and specialized programs and projects inside and outside the Kingdom. He currently leads several of RCRC’s strategic programs and projects, and oversees the management, operation, and maintenance of a number of its important assets. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Engineering Management from Northeastern University, Boston, United States.
