Biography

Eng. Ali Hamidaddin is Vice President for Special Zones Sector at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), with over 25 years of experience in development, strategy, regulatory frameworks, logistics, and investment. He has led several portfolios, most notably Riyadh’s Special Economic Zones and the Financial Sector and Competitiveness programs as part of Riyadh’s strategy. He holds a master’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American University, Washington, D.C., and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University.
