Khalid Alhazzani is Vice President for Riyadh Life Sector at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) and Executive Director of the Riyadh Art Program, with 30 years of experience in architecture, arts and culture, tourism, entertainment, and sports. He has contributed to leading the design and implementation of major programs such as Riyadh Art, Riyadh Metro, and Riyadh Expo 2030. He holds a BSc in Architecture from King Saud University.
