Ongoing Development for the First-Year Lands of Real Estate Balance Program
Development works on the first-year master plans of Real Estate Balance Program in Riyadh City are advancing steadily, with sites currently undergoing preparatory works under the infrastructure execution phase – including the installation of road, water, sanitation, power, and telecommunications networks, together with public realm enhancements and park landscaping, all carried out in line with approved planning and technical standards.
These works build on the program’s earlier implementation phases, advancing its core mandate to deliver master-planned, fully developed residential lands. By expanding the housing supply, the program aims to narrow the gap between supply and demand and promote long-term stability in Riyadh’s real estate sector.
During its first year, the program successfully allocated 10,024 residential plots to beneficiaries through an electronic draw. The plots span a total area of 6,380,600 square meters and are distributed across several strategic locations in Riyadh, carefully chosen to integrate seamlessly with the city’s existing urban fabric and to support its broader development goals.
On-site operations continue to advance in alignment with approved timelines, moving forward in step with the finalization of procedures for first-year beneficiaries. Together, these efforts will bring the lands to full readiness, meeting the highest approved urban standards.
