RCRC: Architectural and Design Guidelines for the Zone Between Al-Orouba and Northern Ring Roads

The architectural and design guidelines for the zone extending between Al-Orouba Road to the south and the Northern Ring Road to the north, within the capital’s central commercial spine will regulate urban and architectural development, elevate the quality of construction outputs, reinforce Riyadh’s architectural identity, and deliver a highly functional urban environment that aligns with the city’s development targets. Concurrently, these guidelines allow resumption of issuing building permits within this area.
