The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) has announced the launch ‎of expropriation procedures for several properties falling within the key ‎routes under the Riyadh Main Roads and Ring Roads Development ‎Program. The impacted projects and axes include the Prince Turki Bin Abdulaziz Al Awwal Road Axis Development Project, the project linking Prince Mishal Bin Abdulaziz Road to Taif Road, the Al-Orubah–Abdulrahman Al-Ghafiqi–Prince Bandar Bin Abdulaziz Road Axis Development Project, and the Najm Al-Din Al-Ayoubi Road Development Project.

The RCRC stated that property owners affected by the expropriation ‎are required to provide clear copies of the following documents: the ‎title deed, the owner’s national ID, a valid power of attorney (if a ‎representative is authorized to act on their behalf), the representative’s ‎national ID, a detailed property survey report, a certificate of ‎inheritance (where applicable), and the building permit.‎

The RCRC urged property owners whose properties are slated for ‎expropriation under this announcement to access the designated online ‎portal to complete their information and submit the required documents ‎electronically.
