RCRC CEO Congratulates Kingdom’s Leadership on 2026 State Budget Announcement

H.E. Engr. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), extended his congratulations to the Kingdom’s leadership on the announcement of the Saudi Budget 2026.
