RCRC names eligible applicants for the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun) land draw

RCRC names eligible applicants for the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun) land draw
9 November, 2025

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) announced the results of eligibility for applications submitted through the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun). Accordingly, qualified applicants are moved to the next stage — a draw for available residential plots later this year.

Eligible applicants are Saudi citizens who meet the previously announced conditions: they must be married or above 25 years old, have no prior real estate ownership, and have resided in Riyadh for at least three years.

Applicants can view results through their accounts on Tawazoun. Qualified applicants will receive SMS notifications, while those deemed ineligible may submit objections from Nov. 9 to Dec. 8, to be reviewed by a designated committee.

Those confirmed eligible — including successful appeals — will enter the electronic land allocation draw on Dec. 17, supervised by representatives from the Ministry of Justice, Riyadh Municipality, SDAIA, Real Estate General Authority (REGA), and the RCRC.
