H.E. Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the successful conclusion of the 1447H Hajj season.

His Excellency emphasized that this remarkable success reflects the wise leadership’s great care and commitment to serving the Guests of Allah. By mobilizing advanced capabilities and highly coordinated organizational resources, the Kingdom ensured a seamless experience, allowing pilgrims to perform their rituals with safety, ease, and peace of mind.

Furthermore, His Excellency noted that the Hajj season continues to set a premier global standard in crowd management, large-scale infrastructure deployment, and seamless service delivery. This success highlights the Kingdom’s unparalleled capacity for high-level planning and execution, underpinned by a cohesive national ecosystem dedicated entirely to serving the pilgrims.

His Excellency also commended the outstanding contributions of all entities participating in the Hajj operations. He prayed to Allah Almighty to reward the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince, and to bless the Kingdom with enduring security, stability, and prosperity. Concluding his remarks, he prayed for the acceptance of the pilgrims’ Hajj, wishing them a safe and blessed return to their homelands.
