RCRC CEO visits SDAIA headquarters, reviews Smart Riyadh Operations Center

His Excellency Dr Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, President of the Saudi Data and Artificial ‎Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), received His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, ‎Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and CEO of the Royal Commission for ‎Riyadh City, at RCRC’s main building in Riyadh.‎

His Excellency Al-Sultan was briefed on the National Smart Cities Platform (Smart C) and the ‎Smart Riyad Operations Center (Smart ROC), which uses data and artificial intelligence to ‎monitor, analyze, and forecast operational indicators that serve the development and ‎management of infrastructure and urban services sectors in the city of Riyadh.‎

His Excellency Al-Sultan appreciated the efforts made by SDAIA to embrace the concept of smart ‎cities and discussed ways of cooperation between the two entities to benefit from data and ‎artificial intelligence and enhance their roles in sustainable development and improving the ‎quality of life in Riyadh.‎
