RCRC Announces Property Expropriation Procedures for Main and Ring Road Development Program Routes
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) has announced the launch of expropriation procedures for several properties falling within the key routes under the Riyadh Main Roads and Ring Roads Development Program. The impacted projects and axes include the Prince Turki Bin Abdulaziz Al Awwal Road Axis Development Project, the project linking Prince Mishal Bin Abdulaziz Road to Taif Road, the Al-Orubah–Abdulrahman Al-Ghafiqi–Prince Bandar Bin Abdulaziz Road Axis Development Project, and the Najm Al-Din Al-Ayoubi Road Development Project.
The RCRC stated that property owners affected by the expropriation are required to provide clear copies of the following documents: the title deed, the owner’s national ID, a valid power of attorney (if a representative is authorized to act on their behalf), the representative’s national ID, a detailed property survey report, a certificate of inheritance (where applicable), and the building permit.
The RCRC urged property owners whose properties are slated for expropriation under this announcement to access the designated online portal to complete their information and submit the required documents electronically. Alternatively, they may visit the RCRC Roads Implementation Office, located on Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Qusaibi Street, off Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road, King Salman District, to submit the documents in person.
