In alignment with the directives of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to implement measures aimed at balancing Riyadh’s real estate sector, including the Royal Commission for Riyadh City’s (RCRC) mandate to provide planned and developed residential lands for citizens, the RCRC has announced the results of the electronic draw for residential land purchases facilitated through the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun). This announcement follows the conclusion of the eligibility verification phase and the review of all objections submitted prior to the draw.

RCRC said the electronic draw was conducted under the supervision of an independent committee comprising representatives from the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, the Ministry of Justice, the Real Estate General Authority, the Riyadh Municipality, and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). The process leveraged advanced systems to ensure full transparency, fairness, and equal opportunity for all eligible applicants.

The final results are now available on Tawazoun website. Beneficiaries can log in to view their application status, review the details of their allocated plots, and complete the required next steps online.

The allocation covers a total area of 6,380,600 square meters, with residential plots distributed across multiple locations within Riyadh’s existing urban fabric as well as new sites currently being designed. The sites include Al-Qairawan, Al-Malqa, Al-Nakheel, Al-Narjis, Namar, Al-Ramayah, Al-Rimal, and Al-Janadriyah, with each plot set at 300 square meters.

This step underscores the Leadership’s ongoing support for citizens and care for their needs, as well as the strong focus on elevating services across the capital, and diversifying housing supply through flexible solutions and a broader range of homeownership options.

The beneficiary journey – from initial application through final allocation – is mapped into clear, defined stages on Tawazoun, and the upcoming steps will also be completed through the platform, including off-plan sales procedures, site handover, and the commencement of construction.

The program will offer additional land batches over the next four years, supporting real estate market stabilization in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives and Riyadh’s quality of life indicators. To that end, RCRC has embedded rigorous urban-planning standards into the master plans to help shape communities designed around resident well-being, while applying a dedicated urban code to ensure architectural coherence that reflects Riyadh’s distinct identity.
