The Noor Riyadh 2025 festival, one of the Riyadh Art programs overseen by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, has announced the names of the participating artists for its fifth edition. The festival will take place from November 20 to December 6, under the theme “In the Blink of an Eye,” across six locations: Al-Hukm Palace district, King Abdulaziz Historical Center, Al Faisaliyah Tower, stc Metro Station, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Station, and Jax District.

The fifth edition features a team of curators, including Director of the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo Mami Kataoka, curator and founder of the Beijing Art Lab Li Zhenhua, and Saudi curator Sara Almutlaq, who represents national expertise leading the artistic scene within the festival’s creative vision.

 The list of participants in the Noor Riyadh festival includes 59 artists from 24 countries worldwide. They will present artworks that embody the relationship between light, time, and motion, and reflect Riyadh’s fast-paced spirit toward the future.

Launched in 2021, the Noor Riyadh festival is the world’s largest light art festival. Since its inception, it has attracted over 9.6 million visitors, showcased 450 artworks by leading local and international artists, and achieved 16 world records in the Guinness World Records.

 This year’s edition includes diverse cultural activities and guided tours that enrich the visitor experience and allow them to explore the artworks in an atmosphere combining creativity and community interaction.
