RCRC Signs 10 Agreements Welcoming new Leading Companies into Riyadh Creative District

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) hosted a high-level meeting with top companies and stakeholders across media, culture, and technology sectors, concluding with the signing of 10 agreements to onboard leading local, regional, and international entities to the Riyadh Creative District initiative. The signing took place at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), which hosts the initiative’s first phase and participated as a principal signatory.
The new partners include entities affiliated with the Ministry of Media: the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA), the Saudi Media Academy, Saudipedia, and Media Rating Company. Thmanyah, a leading podcast and documentary platform under the Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG), has also joined the creative ecosystem. Additional private-sector partners include the business incubator AstroLabs, AWJ Holding, the Music Home School of Art, and Mawdoo3.
The agreements establish joint training, upskilling, and knowledge-transfer programs that advance Saudi talent and strengthen their global competitiveness. They also create structured pathways for collaboration across media, technology, and culture landscapes – linking industry leaders with emerging creative talents to accelerate content development and innovation. Collectively, the initiative reinforces the Kingdom’s commitment to world-class work environments that keep pace with global shifts in creativity and media, empower high-potential entrepreneurs, and further consolidate Riyadh’s position as a regional and global hub for creativity and innovation.
