H.E. Engr. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as well as to the Saudi people, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

His Excellency prayed to Allah Almighty to bring back this blessed occasion to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – its leadership and people – and to the entire Islamic nation with continued goodness, prosperity, and blessings. He prayed for the acceptance of the pilgrims’ Hajj, and for the Kingdom to be blessed with enduring security, prosperity, and stability. He also prayed for continued success in serving Islam and Muslims, and in advancing the journey of development and progress under the guidance of the wise leadership.

His Excellency commended the care the wise leadership dedicates to the guests of Allah, to ensure pilgrims perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind. He emphasized that the seamless organization and exceptional care during the Hajj season reflect the Kingdom’s noble Islamic message and its leading role in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors.
