RCRC to Open Sikkat Al-Atimah Food Destination in Qasr Al-Hukm Tomorrow
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) will officially open the Sikkat Al-Atimah project on Wednesday, 15 Ramadan 1447 AH (4 March 2026), in the Qasr Al-Hukm district.
Sikkat Al-Atimah brings a vibrant new dimension to the heart of historic Qasr Al-Hukm area. The project creates an integrated gathering space for local and international food enthusiasts, offering immersive live culinary experiences that blend entertainment, culture, and community. Visitors can explore a rich variety of flavors and concepts while enjoying an engaging atmosphere that enhances the district’s cultural appeal. The destination also provides promising investment opportunities across the food and entertainment sectors.
Sikkat Al-Atimah is part of RCRC’s broader initiatives to enhance Riyadh’s urban vibrancy by expanding entertainment options, enriching social experiences, and promoting economic activity within the local community. The project aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to build a vibrant society and a thriving economy.

Sikkat Al-Atimah features 84 retail units showcasing a wide range of culinary concepts within an open-air setting designed to create an engaging, community-centered experience. The first phase will see the launch of 45 outlets, along with the project’s event plaza and public amenities. During the holy month of Ramadan, the destination will operate daily from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM, further enriching the district’s evening entertainment offerings.
