His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), extended his highest congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Board of the Royal Commission or Riyadh City, as well as to the Saudi people, on the occasion of Founding Day.

His Excellency stated that Founding Day is a profound reminder of the Kingdom’s enduring steadfastness and determination. He honored the sacrifices of the nation’s forefathers, whose efforts laid the groundwork for the security, stability, and prosperity Saudi Arabia enjoys today.

Reflecting on this glorious anniversary, Eng. Al-Sultan noted that the occasion highlights the historical depth of the Saudi state and reinforces national pride in the comprehensive renaissance currently underway across the Kingdom.

He emphasized that the Royal Commission for Riyadh City is dedicated to showcasing the capital’s rich historical and cultural identity. Driven by the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030, the RCRC remains committed to advancing sustainable development and positioning Riyadh among the world’s leading global capitals, in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom’s leadership.

He concluded by offering prayers for the continued security and stability of the Kingdom, and for the ongoing success and prosperity of its people.
