The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) has announced the conclusion of the objection submission phase regarding eligibility results for residential land purchases via the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun).

This phase, which commenced on November 8, 2025, has now closed. A designated committee will review all submitted objections in preparation for the electronic draw scheduled for December 17, which will select the beneficiaries eligible to purchase the residential plots.
