I, the applicant, expressing my interest in the Riyadh Digital Innovation District (RDiD) Initiative with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), hereby acknowledge and authorize the use of my data and undertake to comply with the applicable regulatory requirements, as follows:
1. Data Verification and Sharing
I hereby irrevocably and fully authorize RCRC – upon submission of this application – to inquire about and verify any of my personal and professional data, and my commercial establishment’s trade and employment-related data, from all relevant government authorities and private entities. I also authorize the RCRC, or its authorized representative, to verify my establishment’s commercial registration, licenses, and regulatory accreditations, financial and credit data, with the relevant authorities (including, but not limited to, the Ministry of Commerce, the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), and the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), and the Saudi Credit Bureau “SIMAH”), in order to confirm that the conditions of the RDiD Initiative have been met, without imposing any liability on such entities in this regard. If I am applying as a talent, I further authorize the RCRC, or its authorized representative, to verify my professional experience, my profiles on professional networking platforms (including, but not limited to, LinkedIn and GitHub), and my CV, in order to confirm that the conditions of the RDiD Initiative have been met.
2. Waiver of Confidentiality and Disclosure
I expressly agree to waive any confidentiality protections applicable to my data, whatever it may be, for the purposes of this application, and I release the RCRC and all concerned parties from any liability related to the confidentiality of this data, provided it is used exclusively in the context of reviewing my application.
3. Accuracy of Data and Documents
I acknowledge that all data, information, and documents submitted by me are accurate, complete and reflect the facts, and that I have not concealed any information I was asked to disclose. I undertake to update this information immediately if anything changes during the application review period and until the final decision on my application is issued.
4. Liability
I understand and acknowledge that, should it be found that I have provided inaccurate information, misrepresented facts, concealed information, or failed to update my data, the RCRC has the right to take all regulatory measures against me, including:
- Rejection of my application
- Cancellation of any approval, permit, or registration issued based on my application
5. Authority of the RCRC
The RCRC has the right to verify my eligibility and examine the data and documents I have submitted through all lawful means. This acknowledgment constitutes my written consent for the RCRC, or its authorized representative, to obtain all my relevant data from the competent government authorities and private entities.
6. Means of Communication and Notices
I agree to receive all notices and communications from the RCRC through the electronic channels registered under my application, including – but not limited to – email, telephone, and my account on the e-portal. I acknowledge my full responsibility for monitoring these channels and agree that any notice or communication sent through such channels shall constitute official notice as of the date of dispatch.
7. No Guarantee of Eligibility or Approval
I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee its approval or establish my eligibility for the RDiD Initiative. The RCRC will review my application and take such action as it deems appropriate in accordance with its applicable procedures, requirements, and controls. I further understand that my application may be rejected or canceled if, during the review process, I am found not to meet any of the RDiD Initiative’s eligibility requirements.
