Roles and Responsibilities at RCRC
- Assistant to the CEO – Royal Commission for Riyadh City (2006 – present).
- Acting Vice President, City Finance Sector.
- Acting Vice President, Support Services Sector.
- Supervising and following up on major initiatives, councils, and committees overseeing the city’s strategies, projects.
- Participating in preparing the Commission’s plans and business within its annual budget, aligned with agreed KPIs and objectives.
- Raising the Commission’s compliance across performance indices (digital government, cybersecurity, spending efficiency).
- Handling several key files in land, real estate development, and urban environmental rehabilitation.

- Worked on major projects and initiatives including the Riyadh City Strategy, the Expo 2030 bid file, and the initiative to attract regional headquarters of global companies.
- Established several departments and sectors within the Commission, such as Administrative Centers, Land & Assets Management, the Data Office, Cybersecurity, and the Secretariat of the Royal Commission’s Board.
